Road Trip: Day 2 - Yellowstone

Day 2: Drive to, try to get in Yellowstone Park, then on to Salt Lake City for the night

Day 2 we drove from Billings to Yellowstone. We wanted to go into the park but turns out we went to the wrong gate and that one is closed during the winter. It would have been great for them to post that on the website. Oh well I guess. We still got a lot of great pictures on the drive to the gate (which we had to do twice, because we had to turn around and go the 50 miles back after getting to the gate and seeing it was closed....). Not the best day of the trip but still fun.

We stopped at some hot springs along the way. They smelt so nice!

This little puppy was a life saver so many times throughout the trip! And it's always nice to know to the minute when you'll get somewhere.
